Michelin Star The Royal Oak, in conjunction with Champagnes & Chateaux will be holding a wine dinner on Thursday 8th June, celebrating the wines of the Loire Valley.
Chef James will produce a wonderful 3 course dinner to match the wines of Loire chosen by Champagnes & Chateaux’ Nick Wolridge who will compere the event.
We will kick off the evening with a glass of Sancerre Rosé by Jean-Max Roger. The starter will be paired with Touraine Sauvignon by Jean-François Roy. With the main course, we have chosen Chinon Clos d’Isoré by Jean-Maurice Raffault – a great personality of Chinon. And to end the evening, the cheese course will be paired with Muscadet Gadais.
