Galinotto is the Molino family’s Barolo. A real recovered treasure. This vineyard is in fact located inside the MGA (additional geographical cru) of Berri, a long underestimated area that, thanks to the Molino family, has regained its past splendour.

Vinification: maceration in contact with the grape skins for a duration of 10 days, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 20 days, malolactic fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels for 18 months

A wine with a fascinating and intriguing bouquet, with hints of dark berries and eucalyptus. Persistent and full-bodied with a citrus aftertaste
