The P181 was born in 2016. This champagne stems from twelve hectares of vineyards. Of these twelve hectares, seven come directly from the “Parcelle 181”, located in the village of Verneuil.

Sugar content (in g/l): lower than 6 (Extra Brut)

Ageing in cellar: 3 years

The first fermentation of chardonnay is made in oak barrels.

Tasting Note

An elegant pale gold hue.

On the nose, fruit aromas such as nectarine and mandarin, pastry notes reminding of mirabelle plum pie. A beautiful tonicity and a remarkable elegance.

A great balance on the palate characterized by a great freshness of candied mandarin notes.

Glass of Bubbly Tasting Note

Relatively light and refreshing. Not too overpowering and not too dry. Light fruits expressed including lemon zest and grapefruit with tiny element of chalk / oak.
