Patrick Reverdy, alongside his son Laurent, is currently the guarantor of this ancestral tradition of quality. Soil: Rolling stones, Clay-limestone, sandstone – Vineyard: 20 to 45 years old – Yield: 38 hl/ha – Production: 110 000 bottles

Pruning: Goblet – Density: 3,500 to 5,000 plants/hectares

Manual Harvest.

Carbonic maceration for 12 days in stainless steel and concrete tanks

6 months in oak. Filtration before bottling

Tasting Note

On the nose, aromas of red fruits, complemented by spicy notes and very delicate floral nuances. On the palate this Corbières is full and generous, with lovely silky tannins and tannic freshness, fine and elegant, not without power

Food Pairing

Perfect partner with many meat dishes, beef daube, beef bourguignon, roast lamb. Also pairs beautifully with strong cheeses.
