Carbonic maceration for 12 days in stainless steel and concrete tanks

Tasting Note
On the nose, aromas of red fruits, complemented by spicy notes and very delicate floral nuances. On the palate this Corbières is full and generous, with lovely silky tannins and tannic freshness, fine and elegant, not without power
Food Pairing
Perfect partner with many meat dishes, beef daube, beef bourguignon, roast lamb. Also pairs beautifully with strong cheeses.
