Producing wines since Roman times, today the estate is owned by the Roozen family, who are continually striving to produce delicious wine, whilst protecting their environment.
Val Joanis is a beautiful estate of 400 hectares with stunning gardens and views over the Lubéron.
The 120 hectares of vineyard spread over the hills at altitudes ranging from 280m to 450m, the site of the famous plot ‘Les Griottes’. The vineyards also benefit from a sunny exposure and enjoy a particularly favourable microclimate with late ripening giving the wines freshness and balance.
Val Jo Le Rosé is a new addition to the Château Val Joanis range. A pale Provence rosé with aromas of peaches, currant and citrus.
