Prices and discounts
Prices are quoted per bottle inclusive of Duty and VAT. The products on our website are offered subject to availability. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the availability of wines offered and correct pricing, mistakes can occur. If a product is accidentally offered at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse to supply at the incorrect price and will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the sale at the correct price.
Sizes
Where the bottles are not 75cl, the alternative sizes are clearly marked on our website.
Payments
Payments will be accepted by UK credit card only (Visa, MasterCard). All credit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Cards are only debited upon confirmation of the order by our orders department.
Claims
All goods must be examined on arrival. If this is impossible customers are requested to sign ‘Not Examined’. Any loss or damage must be advised to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Returns and corked wine
Please contact our Customer Service team so we can discuss it. We generally do not offer sale or returns but please contact us to discuss further.
Broking Wines
You accept that these wines may be subject to normal wear and tear associated with the nature of these wines. As such the wine we sell to you will be of condition to be expected in view of its age and provenance and we will not be responsible for minor defects or imperfections or any condition resulting from nature or age of the wine. We cannot warrant any provenance any information given to us by third party suppliers.

When you register your details on this website or make a purchase, we collect personal information to enable us to process and deliver your order. By registering your details on our website, you consent to Champagnes and Châteaux maintaining, recording, holding and using personal data we collect about you.
This information may be used by Champagnes and Châteaux to send you offers which we feel will be of particular interest to you. Champagnes and Châteaux will not pass on your personal information to any third parties.

Delivery
