The Gadais have been specialising in making quality Muscadet since the early 1950’s. Based in the village of St.Fiacre in the heart of the Sèvre et Maine district, the Domaine aux Avineaux is aged on its lees for up to 6 months. This traditional ‘sur lie’ maturation results in a Muscadet that is crisp and fresh yet with a certain richness. Perfect with shellfish and seafood or as an aperitif.
