Fresh, fruity with notes of small red fruits, floral with notes of violet and wild rose, slightly toasted notes. Great length!

Pale yellow straw colour, with glimmers of gold after ageing. On the nose, fragrance of fresh fruit with particular references to apple and white peach, pleasant citrus notes; Balanced, round, full bodied, persistent.

The grapes for this Prosecco grow on rather high hills and take longer to mature, giving it a lovely aromatic character. It has well balanced acidity and a refreshing, persistent fizz.

This is a quality Pinot Grigio, quite full-bodied and richer than one might expect. However, the weight and fruit are well-balanced with crisp acidity and the finish is bone dry.

Casale Dello Sparviero Chianti Classico Riserva is a wonderfully refined and elegant wine. It has complex olfactory structure, great freshness and length.
