The “Vouvray De Gautier” is winemaker Benoit Gautier’s signature wine of the vintage. The fruity acidity of the Chenin Blanc is balanced with apricot and pear fruit with and honey notes and just enough residual sugar to attain a slightly off-dry finish.

A fruity nose with aromas of citrus highlighted by delicate scents of white peach and flowers. In the mouth the attack is fresh and supple. The fruit takes over with subtle flavours of citrus and white peach.

Domaine Jean-Maurice Raffault Chinon Clos d'Isoré is a full-bodied wine, rich, intense, with ripe red berry, complex cassis and dark cherries.

This blend, crafted with grapes from various terroirs, gives this cuvée all of its typicity. The nose is very expressive with white-fleshed fruit, vegetal, and mineral notes. Its complexity revolves around notes of foliage and flower bouquet. The aromas are echoed on the palate, which offers a long, tasting experience with an impressive minerality. The fresh, mouth-watering structure is marked by a slightly tannic finish that supports this wine’s aromatic potential.

The nose is very complex: it boasts primarily floral aromas along with notes of spices, vanilla and ginger. Starts off bold on the palate, evolving towards a slightly tannic finish that lends overall freshness.
