"I’m not sure the 2019 Gigondas Domaine Grand Romane isn’t the finest vintage I’ve tasted of this cuvée. It’s a darker, richer Gigondas based on 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, and 15% Syrah. Medium to full-bodied, remarkably pure, and beautifully balanced, it has complex notes of damp forest floor, peppery garrigue, and assorted darker berry fruits. It’s a brilliant effort from this team that will keep for 10-15 years." 94 Points, Jeb Dunnuck, January 2022

"The entry level cuvée, the 2020 Vacqueyras La Grangelière is an 80/20 split of Grenache and Syrah. It has a juicy bouquet of bright berry and strawberry fruits as well as some Provençal herbs and pepper. Medium-bodied, pure, and easy-going, it’s a total charmer that will drink nicely right out of the gate." 89-91 Points, Jeb Dunnuck, January 2022

“A blend of 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre and 15% Syrah aged in a mix of barrels and foudres, the 2017 Gigondas Domaine Grande Romane looks every bit as good as the barrel sample did last year, layering subtle cedar and vanilla shadings over ripe berries and stone fruit. Full-bodied, creamy and lush, the only question will be if it is just too modern and hedonistic for some readers.” 94 Points, Wine Advocate, Joe Czerwinski, August 2019

"Not yet bottled, the 2019 Vacqueyras La Grangeliere is cut from the same cloth but has slightly more mid-palate density as well as length on the finish. Pretty notes of red and black fruits, spring flowers, candied violets, and spice all emerge from this plump, easygoing, medium to full-bodied effort. It’s another wine to drink in its first 5-7 years." 89-91 Points, Jeb Dunnuck, Oct 2020

“Packed with red- and black-currant fruit inlaid with licorice snap, garrigue and tar notes, this stays racy and focused in feel thanks to a bright iron–mineral streak that runs underneath it all. Rock solid. Best from 2022 through 2038. 6,700 cases made; 1,000 cases imported.” 94 Points, Wine Spectator, James Molesworth, February 2021.
