Wine Spectator Tasting Note:
Light peach and white cherry notes are backed by a stony hint on the finish. Flirts with an off-dry accent at the very end, leaving a flattering impression. Syrah, Vermentino and Grenache. Drink now. 3,500 cases made, 1,000 cases imported. 87 Points, James Molesworth, Web 2019
Wine Enthusiast Tasting Note
There’s just a tinge of pink on this pale, slightly frail rosé. Light bodied and mineral, it seems remarkably restrained amidst a sea of buoyantly fruity, sometimes confected wines. Red-cherry and raspberry flavors are crisply concentrated on the palate. Enjoy this thirst-quenching dry wine now. 89 Points – Anna Lee C IIjma, July 2019
Beautiful aperitif. It pairs well with asparagus, artichokes, chicken, crab cakes and seafood. Also a great accompaniment to Provencal food, anchovies, grilled sardines and tapenade.
