Producing wines since Roman times, today the estate is owned by the Roozen family, who are continually striving to produce delicious wine, whilst protecting their environment.
Val Joanis is a beautiful estate of 400 hectares with stunning gardens and views over the Lubéron.
The 120 hectares of vineyard spread over the hills at altitudes ranging from 280m to 450m, the site of the famous plot ‘Les Griottes’. The vineyards also benefit from a sunny exposure and enjoy a particularly favourable microclimate with late ripening giving the wines freshness and balance.

Made with a selection of our best Roussanne, les Aubépines is an elegant and complex wine, rich and almost buttery with notes of white flowers, toasted brioche and pear. Vegan.
Les Aubépines is the perfect partner to grilled fish such as tuna. Also great with roast poultry and some cheeses.
