Allen Meadows’ Burghound
Funky reductive odors presently hold the underlying fruit hostage but there is once again good freshness and verve to the sleeker and finer if somewhat less concentrated flavors that exhibit a lovely minerality on the balanced but moderately firm finale. Some patience required. 89/91 Points, January 2018
A great partner of guinea fowl, chicken, duck, rack of lamb or a simple steak (no heavy sauces. Also good partner with cheeses (not pungent)
