Grape sorting: Meticulous sorting on arrival on the chai, to only keep the healthiest grapes at peak ripeness.
Vinification: Traditional semi-carbonic, in whole bunches with temperature control.
Vatting: 9 days. Maturing: In vats for 8 months

Some sweet blueberries and raspberries with a floral edge. Fresh and juicy palate with assertive tannins that add some tightness and power to the ripe but juicy blueberries. Ripe plums in the finish. Drink now. 91 Points, March 2023
