Raymond is the son of Michel and Leslie Dupont-Fahn of Meursault fame. Inheriting more than land from his family, he has discovered that same touch of genius that sets them apart from all but the very best growers. Wines that are ready to drink as soon as you like, the quality is so outstanding and stunning, it would be a crying shame to miss out.

Vineyard & Vinification Note

Age of vines: 15 years old

Vines are located near Chevalier Montrachet.

Sustainable farming

Ploughed with no weed control.

Harvest by hand. Pressing for 2 hours. Light settling. In barrels on lees for 12 months. Racking. Vatting in stainless steel vats for 4 months – Light fining and bottling

Tasting Note

Saline savoury mineral notes along with its aromas of ripe peach and vanilla. Honeyed and  ripe, creamy, rich with notes of  toasted nuts. Really good structure and concentration. Great length. Vegan.

Food Pairing

Great with fish, chicken, veal creamy pasta dishes, fish in sauce, mushrooms and soft cheeses.

Delivery Information

We offer FREE UK mainland delivery to most postcodes for all orders over £100.

Highlands and islands will be charged separately and calculated at checkout.

Delivery Schedule:

We deliver Monday to Friday, some bank holiday deliveries are possible, please check by replying to your confirmation email.

CENTRAL LONDON: We do our best to make all central London deliveries the next working day for orders placed before 12pm.

GREATER LONDON: Again for orders placed before noon we will endeavour to deliver the next day. Some areas might take us a little longer to cover, but it is unusual for these deliveries not to be within three working days.

UK MAINLAND: We deliver most orders around the rest of the UK within a working week, but some harder to reach postcodes like the north of Scotland or Isle of Wright might take longer. Please contact us for details.

Special Instructions:

If you have special delivery requirements e.g. by a specific date, am/pm, or deliver to a neighbour if out – please add them to the delivery instructions during checkout and we will try to fulfil them within reason.

You can also ask for a gift card with a personalised message to be added to your delivery at a cost, please contact us to arrange.

Delivery Times:

We cannot specify exact delivery times, but if you have a particular request or deadline to meet, do let us know by giving us a call on 0207 3269655 or sending an email to Orders@ChampagnesAndChateaux.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please make sure we have your correct contact telephone number with your order.

If you need your wine by a particular date, please let us know when ordering by replying to your order confirmation email. If you are in any doubt about when you might receive your order simply email or call us and we will let you know.

Receiving your Delivery:

Please ensure someone is present to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address. Goods must be examined; any discrepancy with your order, any damage or errors must be reported and logged on the driver’s ePOD device. Please call us if in doubt.

If you have given us an alternative address or instructions to leave your delivery at a safe place, our driver will do that but this means that we can no longer be held responsible for any loss, damage or mispicks.

Should we be unable to deliver we will try and deliver on the next available day. We might have to charge you the cost of re-delivering. This will be confirmed by email.
