Crafted entirely from Sauvignon Blanc, the 2018 Dourthe N°1 blanc is an elegant, aromatic and full-flavoured white wine. Pronounced citrus fruit aromas of lemon and grapefruit jostle with compelling mineral notes.
Food pairing: We love this wine on its own but it is also delicious with seafood including oysters and prawns, shellfish (moules marinieres), fish-based starters (marinated salmon, ceviche, fish terrine), grilled fish, Asian food and cheeses (goats, comté and St Felicien)

Crisp, zesty and full of fruit. From cool vineyards in the mountains north of Cape Town.
Food pairing: Fresh seafood including crab, prawns and, most particularly, oysters. Tuna tartare, salmon and avocado tartare. Smoked salmon, sushi, goats cheese and also to be enjoyed as a great aperitif.
Vermentino Domaine Saint Hilaire 2018, Languedoc
A lively bouquet of lime zest and white flowers on the nose is followed by a sweet and sour explosion of grapefruit and pineapple on the palate

Picpoul de Pinet 2018 Château de Pinet, Cuvées des Comtesses, Languedoc
Picpoul de Pinet is always very popular so it was only natural to include one in our case. Château de Pinet is one of the oldest producers in the rgion. Cuvée des Comtesses is made from the younger vines, giving a classic Picpoul, fresh, vibrant but also deliciously aromatic
Food pairing: Great as aperitif, this wine is not only splendid with seafood and shellfish as well as other traditional Mediterranean dishes, but also with cheese and chocolate.

Hunuc Malbec 2019, Domaine Bousquet (Organic), Argentina
Domaine Bousquet produced very high quality and high altitude organic wines.
Red and black fruit, figs and berries aromas. Medium body and round velvety tannins.

This wine is highly recommended by our team. The value for money is incredible. This is made by a small family farm, Masseria Tagaro, in the beautiful Itria Valley – The heart of Puglia.
Intense and fruity with harmonic spicy notes with a soft and persistent taste with long balanced tannins.
Food pairing: ExExcellent with red meats on the grill, pasta with red meat, mediterranean dishes and slightly seasoned cheeses.
Bruno Andreu, Aromatic Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, Languedoc
Sweet pepper aroma, vanilla, blackcurrant notes with supple tannins. Great length.
