Crafted entirely from Sauvignon Blanc, the 2018 Dourthe N°1 blanc is an elegant, aromatic and full-flavoured white wine. Pronounced citrus fruit aromas of lemon and grapefruit jostle with compelling mineral notes.
Food pairing: We love this wine on its own but it is also delicious with seafood including oysters and prawns, shellfish (moules marinieres), fish-based starters (marinated salmon, ceviche, fish terrine), grilled fish, Asian food and cheeses (goats, comté and St Felicien)
Picpoul de Pinet 2018 Château de Pinet, Cuvées des Comtesses, Languedoc
Picpoul de Pinet is always very popular so it was only natural to include one in our case. Château de Pinet is one of the oldest producers in the rgion. Cuvée des Comtesses is made from the younger vines, giving a classic Picpoul, fresh, vibrant but also deliciously aromatic
Food pairing: Great as aperitif, this wine is not only splendid with seafood and shellfish as well as other traditional Mediterranean dishes, but also with cheese and chocolate.
Vermentino Domaine Saint Hilaire 2018, Languedoc
A lively bouquet of lime zest and white flowers on the nose is followed by a sweet and sour explosion of grapefruit and pineapple on the palate

Mâcon-Charnay, 2018, Domaine Gueugnon-Remond
Domaine Gueugnon-Remond is a small family estate of 12 high quality hectares of vineyards concentrated on a 6km radius around Charnay-Les-Mâcon. Established in 1980 and run by second-generation winegrowers, Véronique and Jean-Christophe Rémond since 1997. They immediately decided to practice sustainable winegrowing when they took over.
Bringing out the very core of the terroir,they are constantly looking for the purity of the fruit and the mature expression of the Chardonnay.
Food pairing: This Mâcon Charnay, in its early years will enjoy an aperitif and during maturation gladly accompany all kinds of bowls of vegetables or fish or white meat dishes and the famous small regional Mâcon.
