Description
Producing wines since Roman times, today the estate is owned by the Roozen family, who are continually striving to produce delicious wine, whilst protecting their environment.
Val Joanis is a beautiful estate of 400 hectares with stunning gardens and views over the Lubéron.
The 120 hectares of vineyard spread over the hills at altitudes ranging from 280m to 450m, the site of the famous plot ‘Les Griottes’. The vineyards also benefit from a sunny exposure and enjoy a particularly favourable microclimate with late ripening giving the wines freshness and balance.

This wine comes from high-altitude plots on limestone and wet clay soils.
Vinification: Cold maceration to preserve freshness. Very brief fermentation.
Tasting Note
Clear with golden reflections. The nose offers an aromatic explosion of white fruits. The delicate and unctuous palate reveals aromas of apricot underlined by a beautiful minerality. The perfect balance between freshness and smoothness. Vegan.
