Les Aubépines is essentially the result of Roussanne's best plot selection. Produced in small quantities, this fresh and ample wine develops aromas of white flowers, toasted brioche and pear.

From a selection of plateaux and hillsides located on average at 450 metres altitude, Les Griottes is an elegant and powerful wine, dominated by aromas of liquorice, spices, black berries and red berries.

Fresh, well-balanced with a good concentration of fruit and minerality.  

The nose is very complex: it boasts primarily floral aromas along with notes of spices, vanilla and ginger. Starts off bold on the palate, evolving towards a slightly tannic finish that lends overall freshness.

Direct pressing during vinification lends this Sancerre rosé all of its character and pale salmon colour. The nose is fresh with aromas of red berries and flowers. Fine and delicate on the palate with lovely acidity that provides elegance and length to the tasting experience.
