Delivery information

We only deliver to UK mainland.

We offer FREE delivery to most UK mainland postcodes for orders over £150 (except delivery to Scotland, and Portsmouth/Isle of Wight).

Any charge applying to your order will be charged separately and calculated at checkout. Our delivery charge for orders under £150 is £9.95 (except delivery to Scotland, and Portsmouth/Isle of Wight).

Delivery Schedule:

We deliver Monday to Friday, and some bank holiday deliveries are possible. When you receive your confirmation email from one of us, you will be asked when you would like your order delivered – this is to avoid delivering when no one is there to take the wine, or there is no safe place to leave the parcel. If you can give us any delivery instructions when you place you order, we can then process your order for delivery (please see special instructions below).

CENTRAL LONDON: We do our best to make all central London deliveries the next working day for orders placed before 12pm.

GREATER LONDON: Again for orders placed before noon we will endeavour to deliver the next working day. Some areas might take us a little longer to cover, but it is unusual for these deliveries not to be within three working days.

UK MAINLAND: We deliver most orders around the rest of the UK within a working week, but some harder to reach postcodes like the north of Scotland or Isle of Wight might take longer. Please contact us for details.

Due to the Northern Ireland remaining in the EU whilst the rest of the UK has now left we are now unable to arrange deliveries to this region until further notice, we are sorry for the inconvenience this will cause you.

Special Instructions:

If you have special delivery requirements e.g. by a specific date, am/pm, or deliver to a neighbour if out – please add them to the delivery instructions during checkout and we will try to fulfil them within reason.

You can also ask for a gift card with a personalised message to be added to your delivery at a cost, please contact us to arrange.

Delivery Times:

We cannot specify exact delivery times, but if you have a particular request or deadline to meet, do let us know by giving us a call on 0207 3269655 or sending an email to [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please make sure we have your correct contact telephone number with your order.

If you need your wine by a particular date, please let us know when ordering by replying to your order confirmation email. If you are in any doubt about when you might receive your order simply email or call us and we will let you know.

Receiving your Delivery:

Please ensure someone is present to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address. Goods must be examined; any discrepancy with your order, any damage or errors must be reported and logged on the driver’s ePOD device. Please call us if in doubt.

If you have given us an alternative address or instructions to leave your delivery at a safe place, our driver will do that but this means that we can no longer be held responsible for any loss, damage or mispicks.

Should we be unable to deliver we will try and deliver on the next available day. We might have to charge you the cost of re-delivering. This will be confirmed by email.
