A very typical Chablis, with refreshing acidity and lovely notes of citrus, almonds and white flowers.

Racy, rich nose, dominated by fruit and with a mineral character. Nice, full, silky palate with a hint of pineapple. Wonderful length.

The palate is rich and buttery with very elegant mineral notes, plenty of fruit. A superb wine.

Concentrated notes of classic white Burgundy such as yellow apple, white peach, lemon blossoms, lime zest over intricate notes of hazelnut crème, white mushroom, spun honey, white tea and vanilla. The near full-bodied palate deliver a round, slightly oily texture with flavours of beautifully concentrated yellow apple, lemon zest and white tea.
