Description
Dartigalongue was established in 1838 and is run today by the fifth generation of the family. It stands as the oldest and most respected house in Bas-Armagnac. Their Brandies are distilled exclusively from grapes produced in this area.
The spirits are aged to perfection in oak casks and are only bottled or blended just prior to shipping.
Tech. Note
From the moment it leaves the still the colourless, crystal-clear eau de vie is stored in seasoned 400 litre oak casks called “pièces”.
Tasting Note
Deep copper colour. On the nose, smoked wood, dried nuts, cinnamon, very intense.
Very fine Vintage, the finish with liquorice and dried apples notes
